  2. Chess was orginated in India.
  3. Indians invented shampoo.
  4. Flush toilets using water are found in several houses of the cities of Mohenjodaro and Harappa from the 3rd millennium B.C
  5. Crescograph, a device for measuring growth in plants was invented by an Indian.
  6. Kabaddi was orginated in India.
  7. Rulers were first used by the Indus Valley Civilization prior to 1500 BCE.
  8. Snakes and ladders was orginated in India.
  9. Fibonacci numbers, quadratic formulas and decimal system were invented in India.
  10. Catract surgery was first performed in India.
  11. The discovery of lunar water is attributed to the Chandrayaan mission by India.
  12. Ayurveda and Siddha are ancient and traditional systems of medicine originated in India.
